Ms. Daley brings over thirty-five years of experience as a financial services executive with a recognized track record of leading complex, multi-function, cross-business transformations and managing large global teams. She has unique expertise spanning risk, finance, and data disciplines, with a depth of knowledge in enterprise risk management, capital planning, governance, stress testing, regulatory remediation, and regulatory relations. ​

Ms. Daley spent over twenty years of her career with Citigroup (Citi), creating and leading its central comprehensive capital analysis and review team, resulting in $80 billion of capital returns to Citi shareholders while successfully completing significant remediation activities. She simultaneously headed the finance and risk infrastructure organization, a global team of 1,000 professionals in the Americas and Asia responsible for initiatives focused on data, infrastructure, reporting, and technology. Finally, as the Chief Administrative Officer for the risk organization, she helped to redefine the post-2008 risk management framework, including risk appetite, risk reporting, organizational structure, and board risk committee content. ​

After Citi, she spent two years with Bank of America as the Enterprise Data Governance Executive, leading a firm-wide effort to strengthen data risk management practices. Most recently, Ms. Daley was Head of the Remediation Oversight office for Silicon Valley Bank, where she was responsible for oversight of critical regulatory remediation activities, with a focus on enterprise risk management and operational risk management.​

In all these roles, she interacted regularly and substantively with the Boards of Directors, as well as their risk committees and audit committees. She was able to present technical content clearly and concisely while facilitating Board members’ ability to carry out their effective challenge and oversight responsibilities. Ms. Daley is on the board of Navicore Solutions, a non-profit financial counseling service and serves as a member of the Board Finance Committee.   ​

Ms. Daley received her B.B.A. in finance from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from New York University.
