She has held senior HR leadership and consulting roles across both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Her career includes leadership roles at Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, and Citadel Securities. In the non-profit sector, she advised organizations such as the Council for Economic Education and Catholic Charities of New York on culture building, strengthening the talent pipeline, advancing leadership development, and implementing innovative performance, learning, and compensation frameworks.

She received her MBA from Loyola Marymount University and her B.A. from the University of Rochester.
