Tracey Bohannon
Senior Consultant
Ms. Bohannon brings more than fifteen years of experience leading strategic, transformational, and regulatory remediation initiatives for financial services firms, both as a senior in-house program manager at Citibank (Citi) and J.P. Morgan Chase and as an outside consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Throughout her tenure at Citi, Ms. Bohannon engaged in a variety of regulatory remediation initiatives and transformed complex processes and controls to meet evolving requirements in the areas of regulatory stress testing, financial forecasting, capital planning, and recovery and resolution planning.
At J.P. Morgan Chase, she served the Asset and Wealth Management unit in various capacities, including business management, program management for compliance and regulatory initiatives, and strategy development.
At McKinsey, she advised securities firms, asset managers, insurance providers, and investment banks on strategic growth initiatives. She also led research projects analyzing industry trends and deriving implications for clients in areas such as electronic trading, over-the-counter derivatives, and coverage models.
Ms. Bohannon earned her MBA in finance, strategy, and decision sciences from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and her B.A. in history and the history of art and architecture from Harvard University, magna cum laude.
