We are seeking an Analyst to join our growing Derivatives Practice. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to work alongside senior consultants advising leading financial institutions, exchanges, clearing organizations, fintechs, and digital asset firms on regulatory implementation, compliance, and business transformation initiatives.
The Analyst will play an integral role supporting client engagements, project management activities, regulatory research, documentation development, and implementation efforts across a broad range of capital markets initiatives.

Overview of Job Duties:
Regulatory Consulting & Client Delivery
- Support regulatory advisory and implementation engagements involving exchanges, clearing organizations, banks, fintechs, and other financial market participants.
- Assist with regulatory gap assessments, registration projects, compliance reviews, and implementation initiatives.
- Participate in reviews of clients’ governance frameworks, internal controls, operating models, supervisory programs, and compliance processes.
- Conduct regulatory and business research related to derivatives, securities, digital assets, and emerging financial markets.
- Support testing, documentation reviews, data analysis, and other regulatory implementation activities.
Project Management & Documentation
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including tracking milestones, deliverables, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Coordinate client meetings, document questions and responses, and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, Excel trackers, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Draft and update policies and procedures, compliance manuals, presentations, process flows, operating procedures, and other regulatory documentation.
- Assist in preparing high-quality client reports, presentations, regulatory analyses, and other work products.
Firm Initiatives
- Support business development initiatives, marketing efforts, thought leadership, and client events.
- Assist with strategic, operational, and administrative initiatives that contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with U.S. financial markets and financial services regulation.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and committed to continuous professional development.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise, and professional client-facing documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within small project teams.
- Positive attitude with an “all hands-on deck” approach to supporting clients and colleagues.
Salary Range:
$75,000-$100,000
Salary will be commensurate with experience, and employee will be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on individual performance and firm performance.
