Patomak Global Partners, LLC is a leading financial sector consulting firm that applies the insights of senior-level industry experts to advise clients on complex and cutting-edge strategy and compliance and risk management challenges.
Patomak is looking for a financial services professional to assist the General Counsel in the provision of legal support, including contracts, conflicts of interest review, internal compliance, and third-party risk management reviews. Additionally, the Legal and Operations Coordinator plays an integral role by supporting a variety of strategic, business development, operational, and administrative projects. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience at a consulting firm, law firm, or fast-paced public policy organization.

Overview of Job Duties:
- Produce first draft of various contracts, including client engagement letters, contractor agreements, and other legal documents for review by the General Counsel.
- Support conflicts check procedure.
- Support General Counsel’s oversight of internal compliance function.
- Assist with research projects at the General Counsel’s request.
- Support human resources in personnel onboarding and offboarding.
- Draft and send client invoices, ensuring compliance with client billing requirements.
- Assist with general bookkeeping activities.
- Other miscellaneous tasks and office administrative support as needed.
Skills and Desired Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and deliver a quality product.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced individual and small team environment.
- Ability to establish, maintain, and grow effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression; shows initiative.
- Proactive and curious.

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Salary Range:
$60,000-$75,000
Salary will be commensurate with experience, and employee will be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on individual performance and firm performance.
