Mr. Jack works on a variety of regulatory, compliance, and strategy projects for clients in the financial services sector, including broker-dealers, banks, and other institutions.

Prior to joining Patomak, Mr. Jack served as an Attorney-Advisor within the Department of Homeland Security. In that capacity, he worked within the Regulations & Rulings Directorate, focusing on disclosure law and judicial actions.

During law school, Mr. Jack worked on digital asset matters with the House Financial Services Committee for Congressman Warren Davidson and clerked with FS Vector, where he worked on money transmitter licensing, Know Your Customer processes, and anti-money laundering regulations projects. He served as the Symposium Editor for the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy (JLEP), where he led the coordination and publication of JLEP’s Future of Financial Regulation symposium edition.

Before law school, he worked as a Credit Analyst at a non-depository mortgage lender.

Mr. Jack earned his J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School and his B.S. in economics from George Mason University. He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.
