Mr. Mitchell serves as General Counsel at Patomak.​

Prior to joining Patomak, Mr. Mitchell was an associate at a prominent global law firm. His experience included landmark multidistrict litigation, government investigations, and counseling on behalf of clients ranging from banks and private equity funds to global retailers. Mr. Mitchell also has experience representing venture capital funds and technology startups in early-stage capital raises, from seed-stage to late-stage equity investments, and various other mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.​

He was a law clerk to the Honorable Susan H. Black of the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He received his B.S. in economics from George Mason University and his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
