Ms. Espinosa brings more than twenty years of experience as a process and project-oriented financial services executive with deep expertise in governance, stress testing, and capital planning.​​

Prior to joining Patomak, Ms. Espinosa was a Managing Director at Citigroup (Citi), where she was responsible for capital planning and regulatory stress testing. In her time at Citi, she was heavily focused on aligning policies and procedures to regulatory requirements and defining roles/responsibilities across the “lines of defense” capital-related regulatory requirements – including CCAR/DFAST, capital adequacy assessments, capital plans, and model risk management, focusing particularly on financial forecasting. ​

She defined and executed analyses of assumptions, limitations, and weaknesses which drive uncertainty in capital forecasts. Throughout her tenure, she engaged in various regulatory remediation initiatives and transformed complex processes and controls to meet evolving requirements. In earlier roles at Citi, she developed a sales and suitability framework for retail investment products and led a product approval committee responsible for reviewing products intended for retail distribution.  ​

Before joining Citi, Ms. Espinosa was a Senior Consultant at Accenture, where she supported clients with several strategic initiatives.​

Ms. Espinosa received her B.A. with honors in political economics from Williams College and her MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
