Mr. Lovric advises clients on a wide range of regulatory compliance, operations, and risk management matters. He has extensive experience in trade lifecycle and risk management, business conduct, operational process improvement, data governance, and controls design. He has worked with financial industry clients – foreign and domestic – across various functional areas, including conducting assessments, designing target models, and implementing capabilities for derivatives and cash securities businesses.

Prior to joining Patomak, Mr. Lovric worked in the Capital Markets consulting practice of Ernst & Young, where he specialized in addressing regulatory compliance, trading and risk management, and operational challenges of swap dealers, security-based swap dealers, and broker-dealers. In this role, he led several major transformation projects, such as aligning regulatory compliance, front office, and operational needs through innovative process and technology solutions. He developed and implemented strategic business and technology solutions to drive process optimization and realize additional commercial value for his clients.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lovric worked at Publicis Sapient in the Global Markets Trading and Risk Management practice, focusing on financial industry service providers for over-the-counter derivatives. Before Publicis Sapient, he held multiple roles at State Street Global Services in Boston.

Mr. Lovric received his B.S. in economics from Northeastern University. He is fluent in Croatian and was a member of the Croatian National Rowing Team.
