Patomak Global Partners was honored to be a part of the team supporting PrizePicks as it registered as the first Sports Entertainment-focused Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and National Futures Association (NFA).

PrizePicks is a fantasy sports operator that offers skill-based fantasy games and now has a CFTC-registered entity to give their customers access to prediction markets.
