Mr. Strecker works with clients at the intersection of regulation, risk, and technology. His expertise includes: AI governance and risk management; risk data governance; IT risk assessment and management; cloud adoption; cryptocurrency regulation and risk; operational risk management; and large-scale risk and compliance planning and execution. ​

He has a broad background in consulting and information technology for financial institutions and has led businesses and practices at IBM, Promontory, Tata Consultancy Services, Dell, Virtusa Corporation, and American Management Systems (since acquired by CGI). He led a major IT risk management program for a rapidly growing U.S. bank facing regulatory issues, and he worked with a major bank on a successful cognitive model for AML customer due diligence. Additionally, he assisted a U.S. superregional bank in developing its framework for operational risk management and its approach to risk and control assessments. For a financial market utility, he led the definition and implementation of a new information-security program. ​

Mr. Strecker received his MBA with distinction, his M.S. in computer and information systems, and his B.A. in psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
